Choosing a school is an important decision for every family. At St Jerome's, we look forward to welcoming new students and supporting parents through the enrolment process.
Completing Your Application
An application for enrolment booklet must be completed as fully as possible for each child seeking enrolment. Different application booklets are required depending on the age of your child.
3-Year-Old Kindergarten
Families applying for our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Program must complete the dedicated 3YO Kindergarten enrolment booklet.
Kindergarten to Year 6
Families applying for 4-Year-Old Kindergarten through to Year 6 must complete the separate Kindergarten to Year 6 enrolment booklet.
Supporting Documents
Please submit the completed enrolment booklet and accompanying insert for each child, together with photocopies of the following documents where applicable:
Birth Certificate
Sacramental Certificates for Catholic families (Baptism, Holy Communion, Confirmation)
Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement
Passport and Visa Documentation, if applicable
Any Family Court order pertaining to the child

Application Fee and Submission
Please submit the completed enrolment booklet, supporting documentation and the non-refundable application fee of $55 per application to the school.

When enrolling a student in any year level, as per government requirements, parents/carers must provide:
1. An Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement, no more than two months old, with a status of ‘up to date’; or
2. An AIR Immunisation History Form, no more than six months old, if the child is on a catch up schedule; or
3. A valid immunisation certificate issued or declared by the Chief Health Officer.
Where a child’s status is ‘not up to date’ parents/carers can apply for an exemption.
